Patience x 3!

Salam dears,
Dalam membalas jejak kengkawan yg berkunjung ke sini, Mama came across blog Beba dan Shidazam yang sudi tulis n3 ttg blog Mama. Masing-masing kata Mama ni mesti seorang yang penyabar sbb dapat handle si kembar tiga ni.  Hmm.. ye ke? Ntah laa hehe.

Tapi Mama akui, raising triplets memang memerlukan tahap kesabaran yang tinggi.  Actually, bila menjadi ibu bapa, tak kira laa ada anak kembar ke anak sorang ke, mmg perlu banyak bersabar. Mama rasa dulu Mama bukan sorang yang penyabar sgt, Mama senang je short circuit.  But having kids changes you, kasih sayang tu automatik akan menjadikan kita lebih sabar bila berdepan dgn kerenah anak-anak.  Hmm.. bila baca n3 di blog Beba dan Shidazam, teringat something I wrote a long time ago to a friend of mine about this & nak share kat sini.


How do u take care of 3 babies? – the usual question.

With PATIENCE, I say, tons of it.

But patience is like an endangered species, without care, it risks extinction. There are many a times when, amidst all the crying and tantrum throwing and sleep deprivation, mine was pushed to the limit and giving up was awfully tempting. There are times when I have failed, and I, a mere mortal, succumb to my anger and desperation - times when patience nearly left me.

But then they greet me with their beautiful smiles – pure & unpretentious. They laughed wholeheartedly at simple nothings. They effortlessly utter ‘mama’. My heart melts, I bask in such beautiful sights & sounds – all is well again in my world. My heroes – they are my world, at ‘war’ or ‘peace’, I am blessed. And patience befriended me again :-)
